As we’ve been studying for the past few weeks, Jesus was called a “Friend of sinners.” That was all they could pin on Him; all they could criticize Him for -- for befriending sinners. And contrary to much of organized Christianity today, being a Christian is not a religious routine, neither is it a ticket from hell to heaven. True Christianity is following and learning to adore the Savior who saved you! Jesus, Friend of sinners -- a Friend forever!
